Contract awarded for Providing printing services lot-0001, title: provision of printing services, description: the task of the winning bidder is to carry out printing activities, produce printed products, and provide related services under a framework contract for a period of 24 months, or until the net amount of huf 84,000,000 is exhausted, as specified in this bt-24 field and the procurement documents (kd). if the available framework amount is not fully utilized during the 24 months, the contracting authority (ak) is entitled to unilaterally extend the current contract for an additional maximum of 12 months with a written legal declaration sent to the winning bidder's (at) company portal, which ak can make at least 30 days before the expiration of the current contract. the task of the winning bidder is to produce, deliver, and provide related services for the following main groups of products (and further specified products within them) based on the individual orders of the contracting authority, with the maximum quantities for a given individual order being as follows (product/copies (pcs)): - books (in various sizes/categories): 5,000 pcs - notebooks (in various sizes/categories): 2,000 pcs - folders (in various categories): 5,000 pcs - business cards: 1,000 pcs - paper bags (in various sizes/categories): 3,000 pcs - company-branded envelopes (in various categories): 20,000 pcs - certificates (a/3, a/4 in various categories): 100 pcs - promotional materials (in various sizes/categories): 100,000 pcs - other publications (in various sizes/categories): 200,000 pcs - postcards (in various sizes/categories): 5,000 pcs - stickers: 5,000 pcs in each category - wristbands (in various categories): 2,000 pcs - pens (in various categories): 5,000 pcs - planners (in various sizes/categories): 1,000 pcs - frequency designation decision front and back cover: 3,000 pcs - radio license front and back cover: 3,000 pcs - posters (in various sizes/categories): 380 pcs the minimum order quantity for each category is 1 piece, with the above products' categories and their corresponding quantities (quantity categories), as well as the detailed requirements for each category, being included in the technical description and its annex, which forms chapter 2 of the procurement document. the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that if the client wishes to order a quantity exceeding the maximum priced number of copies in the individual order, the unit price corresponding to the maximum priced number of copies must be applied. the contracting authority emphasizes that the packaging of the ordered products and their delivery to the address specified in point ii.2.3) of the individual order (bt-7728 field) is the responsibility of the winning bidder, and no separate costs can be claimed for these; the value of these services must be calculated into the product prices by the bidders. the contracting authority points out that in case of such a requirement specified in the individual order, the contractor must prepare a sample of the ordered product within 3 working days, which must be approved by the contracting authority. the contracting authority undertakes to call off at least 70% of the framework amount. further information is available in the procurement documents. estimated value excluding vat: 84000000.00 huf.Providing printing services
