Contract awarded for Request for proposals for occupational therapy in mainland finland lot-0000, title: request for proposal for occupational therapy in southwestern finland, description: the subject of the procurement is occupational therapy services in swedish within southwestern finland organized by the finnish pension agency (hereinafter fpa) as demanding medical rehabilitation. to the extent that the tender documents refer to the term municipal group, it refers to the entire procurement area in regard to uusimaa. the services covered by the procurement and the requirements for the therapy are described in the service description (appendix 1, therapy in demanding medical rehabilitation, service description, valid from 1.1.2027). the contract period is from 1.11.2026 to 31.12.2028. the contract includes two one-year option periods for the time 1.1.2029 – 31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030 – 31.12.2030. the therapy services for clients according to the contract will commence on 1.1.2027. fpa requests bids for therapy visits of 45 minutes (price 0, see appendix 1 'prices' and appendix 2 'explanations of prices and billing instructions' to the draft contract). the prices derived from the offered price for a therapy visit of 45 minutes and the other compensations paid for the service are described in appendix 1 'prices' and appendix 2 'explanations of prices and billing instructions' to the draft contract. the therapy is conducted based on the client's needs in the form of face-to-face therapy visits, as a combination of face-to-face therapy visits and remote rehabilitation, or as remote rehabilitation according to chapter 5 of the service description (appendix 1). the client should have access to face-to-face therapy as needed. the face-to-face therapy visits are conducted as home visits in the client's everyday environment based on the client's needs. if the service provider has access to operational premises, the face-to-face visits can also be conducted in the operational premises based on the client's needs. remote rehabilitation is conducted in the form of video calls. by submitting a bid, the bidder commits to providing the therapy service as face-to-face therapy visits. the commitment to provide face-to-face therapy applies to the service provider, not to each individual therapist named in the contract. it is not mandatory for the bidder to commit to providing the service as remote rehabilitation or as a combination of face-to-face therapy visits and remote rehabilitation. by submitting a bid, the bidder commits to providing the therapy service that the contract pertains to throughout the entire validity period of the contract within southwestern finland (appendix 4 southwestern finland map and municipalities) for which the bid has been submitted. the preliminary total value of the procurement of occupational therapy for southwestern finland for the entire validity period of the contract (including any option years) excluding vat is €1.3 million and the maximum value excluding vat is €1.9 million. estimated value excluding vat: none .Request for proposals for occupational therapy in mainland finland
