Contract awarded for Request for proposal for equine therapy in the central finland cooperation area lot-0000, title: request for proposals for equine therapy in the central finland cooperation area, description: the procurement concerns finnish-language equine therapy organized as demanding medical rehabilitation for personal clients of the finnish pension authority (hereinafter kela) in the central finland cooperation area. the service and the requirements related to the therapy are described in the service description attached as appendix 1 (therapies for demanding medical rehabilitation, service description, valid from january 1, 2027). the contract period is from november 1, 2026, to december 31, 2028. the contract includes two one-year options for the periods january 1, 2029 – december 31, 2029, and january 1, 2030 – december 31, 2030. the therapies according to the clients' contracts will start on january 1, 2027. kela requests offers for a 45-minute therapy session (price 0, see the contract draft attachments 1 'prices' and 2 'price explanations and billing instructions'). the prices derived from the offered price for the 45-minute therapy session and other compensations to be paid for the service are described in the contract draft attachments 1 'prices' and 2 'price explanations and billing instructions'. the therapy will be conducted as face-to-face visits according to the service description section 7.5 'locations for pool and equine therapy' at the service provider's own or rented premises or another implementation location (other equine therapy facility). by submitting an offer, the provider commits to delivering the therapy subject to the contract throughout the validity period of the contract in the area of the municipal group for which the offer is made (appendix 4 central finland cooperation area map and municipalities). the total estimated value of the equine therapy procurement in the central finland cooperation area throughout the validity of the contract (including possible option years) excluding value-added tax is €2.9 million, and the maximum value excluding value-added tax is €4.3 million. the estimated values and maximum values for the framework arrangement by municipal group throughout the validity of the contract (including possible option years) are described in the request for proposals attachment 3 'quantities to be procured'. estimated value excluding vat: none .Request for proposal for equine therapy in the central finland cooperation area
