Contract awarded for Preparation and delivery of hot lunch - catering by prior request of the municipality of kotel lot-0001, title: preparation and delivery of hot lunch - catering upon prior request of the municipality of kotel, description: the public procurement is assigned in connection with the implementation of a project funded under the op hrd under procedure no. bg05sfpr003-1.001 "hot lunch". in carrying out the subject of the procurement, the guidelines of the specific beneficiary for the implementation and management of contracts under the operation "hot lunch" must be followed, including the methodology for applying simplified rules for reimbursement based on the cost per unit product - lunch, funded by op hrd and regulation no. rd-06-53 of september 17, 2021, on the order and conditions for determining the target groups and directing assistance under the food and basic material support program 2021 - 2027, co-financed by the european social fund plus. through this public procurement, meals will be provided in 18 populated areas, at 19 established points for food distribution in the territory of the municipality of kotel, with a capacity of up to 1,800 people each working day. it is planned to provide "hot lunch" for up to 1,800 people for 197 working days at a unified rate of €1.75 excluding vat / €2.10 including vat per day for the period from 01.10.2026 to 16.07.2027. up to 5% of this amount is allowed for transportation and storage costs of the food. an option to extend the contract until 31.12.2028 is included, respectively providing "hot lunch" for up to 1,800 people for another 363 working days at the same unified rate with up to 5% allowable costs for transportation and storage of food. estimated value excluding vat: 24822.00 eur.Preparation and delivery of hot lunch - catering by prior request of the municipality of kotel
