Contract awarded for Open procedure pursuant to article 71 of legislative decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, entirely managed electronically, aimed at the conclusion of a framework agreement for the assignment of professional support services in the management of the real estate portfolio in favor of the real estate funds managed by invimit sgr s.p.a. lot-0001, title: open procedure pursuant to art. 71 of d.lgs. no. 36/2023 and s.m.i., entirely managed via telematics, aimed at entering into a framework agreement for the assignment of professional support services in the management of the real estate portfolio in favor of the real estate funds managed by invimit sgr s.p.a., description: the services covered by the service relate to the following areas: 1. operational support in the management of the funds: - support in increasing the overall performance of the funds and the properties that compose them in compliance with the provisions of the business plan; - operational support in the management of the funds with particular reference to the management of the real estate portfolio; - support in defining enhancement, efficiency, and redevelopment strategies for the real estate assets owned by the funds, also based on proposals received from the identified economic operators for this purpose; - support in managing maintenance interventions for the individual funds. 2. support for the marketing activities of the assets: - support in defining the marketing and sales policy for the properties managed by the direct funds, in line with the procedures and provisions of the business plan. 3. support in relations with third parties: - support in managing relationships with condominiums and condominium administrators; - support in managing and coordinating the property management companies appointed, as well as the companies/professionals tasked with executing interventions (works and services) on the managed properties; - support in managing relationships with potential tenants and buyers as well as in managing lease contracts; - support in managing relationships with local authorities and competent authorities on urban planning, construction, cadastral, and administrative matters and authorizations. 4. operational support in administrative activities and monitoring and reporting - support in drafting reports functional to defining the business plans of the fund; - support in managing administrative activities related to both passive cycle and active cycle (drafting rda/odl/ods, invoicing, cig, etc.); - support in activities functional to the periodic preparation and feeding of management reports. estimated value excluding vat: 3202400.00 eur.Open procedure pursuant to article 71 of legislative decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, entirely managed electronically, aimed at the conclusion of a framework agreement for the assignment of professional support services in the management of the real estate portfolio in favor of the real estate funds managed by invimit sgr s.p.a.
