the permitted plan; the preparation of the execution plan and the designer's construction management tasks; professional support for public procurement procedures aimed at related construction works. area affected by design: approx. 27.8 ha new road-related tasks: o establishment of a new at-grade road junction on the old connecting road no. 4925, sized based on traffic data, ensuring the passage of the bicycle path junction, between the at-grade junction of the 100 railway line and the roundabout planned to be implemented in phase ii of the dip project; o establishment of a direct, one- or two-way road connection between the roundabout planned to be implemented in phase ii of the dip project and the internal road network, together with the design of a bicycle connection allowing parallel, multi-directional traffic (including the redesign of the roundabout); o establishment of a new at-grade road junction on the road built in phase i of the dip project, sized based on traffic data, ensuring the passage of the bicycle path junction; o design of a road, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic network serving the development areas of phases i and ii (hereinafter: design areas) with public lighting, stormwater drainage, planting, and the installation of a surveillance camera system as needed, together with ensuring the utility corridors necessary for the complete development; o designation of future utility corridors serving the design areas, planning of public space corridors. o planned road: approx. 1.8 km new stormwater drainage: o design of the complete stormwater drainage works integrated with the infrastructures already designed/constructed within the framework of the dip project; o and other design works related to necessary stormwater drainage systems/flood drainage; o planned: approx. 1.8 km new drinking water supply network, fire water network, and wastewater drainage network: o design works related to utilities connected to the drinking water, fire water, and wastewater network system already implemented in phase i of the dip project (planned with 1 wastewater pumping station); o the task also includes the design of utility corridors necessary for the future development of the design areas; o preparation of necessary land registry work sections. o planned: - drinking water network approx. 2.0 km with an estimated capacity of 350-400 m3/day, or 30-35 m3/hour - wastewater network approx. 1.7 km with an estimated capacity of 300-350 m3/day new electrical network development: o complete design related to the public lighting system; o complete design sections for electrical engineering, as well as other design works necessary for the strong current system and its construction, and the design of utility corridors necessary for the future development of the design areas; o design of complete electrical engineering work sections necessary for the establishment of the network providing electrical supply for properties to be developed in the design areas, as well as other design works necessary for the strong current system and its construction, and the design of utility corridors necessary for the future development of the design areas (in consultation with the power supplier); o preparation of necessary land registry work sections. o planned: - telecommunications substructure and surveillance camera network approx. 1.8 km - public lighting and electrical energy supply approx. 1.8 km - medium voltage loop with low voltage transformers approx. 3.2 km gas supply network development: the task is to design utility corridors necessary for the future development of the design areas. planned: approx. 1.8 km utility general plan: the task is to design the existing and planned utility routes, as well as the utility corridors necessary for the future development of the design areas, together with their documentation on separate plan sheets. geotechnical plan section: completion of complete geotechnical design works related to the design tasks; geodetic plan section: completion of complete geodetic design works related to the design tasks; plan sections related to land registry administration: preparation of work sections necessary for obtaining official decisions confirming the final or temporary alternative use of agricultural land, i.e., the compilation and documentation of the necessary soil protection plan and humus management plan, etc. the procedures will be conducted by the client, and the designer's task is to support the client's task, providing documents. preparation of expropriation, land formation, etc. plan documentation as needed (obtaining related permits); other design works: the design task includes any additional design work that may become necessary during the design work subject to this procurement for the realization of the development, but not listed in the above enumeration (e.g., bridge and structure design, utility relocations, protections, etc.), permitting procedures;
