Contract awarded for Meerinzicht project leader ai lot-0000, title: meerinzicht project leader ai, description: within meerinzicht (the collaboration of the municipalities of ermelo, harderwijk, and zeewolde), the use of ai applications is increasing. to prevent a fragmented landscape and risks in the areas of privacy (gdpr), ethics, and information security, meerinzicht is looking for a decisive and empathetic project leader culture & change ai. the core of this assignment lies in human and organizational transformation and cultural change. as a project leader, you are the driver of change and empowerment. you lead the multidisciplinary project team and connect various working groups (such as hrm, technology, and governance). the main results and tasks: policy framework & multi-year program: delivering an established ai policy framework (based on the four pillars: technology, human, safety, and ethics), an ai multi-year program, and a governance model for central assessment and decision-making. people & culture: designing a practical guide ('do's & don'ts') for employees, organizing dialogue, learning, and participation sessions, and promoting ai literacy while maintaining the human scale. network & safeguarding: establishing a network of 'ai ambassadors' and close coordination with the ciso, fg, strategic hr advisors, and communication for a safe learning environment where employees can experiment with confidence. for this position, hybrid working is possible in consultation. due to the driving of changes and the connecting nature of the assignment (such as facilitating dialogue sessions, working groups, and coordination with stakeholders), regular physical presence at the municipal locations (ermelo, harderwijk, or zeewolde) is necessary. the candidate is expected to be flexible and available on-site when the progress, process, or expected results of the project require it. to monitor results and progress, there will be a weekly (online) coordination and a monthly (physical) progress meeting with the client/project team regarding the progress of the assignment. estimated value excluding vat: 199680.00 eur.Meerinzicht project leader ai
