Contract awarded for Td-249/24. procurement of maintenance materials lot-0003, title: procurement of metal products, description: procurement of metal products total quantity: 15,799 meters / 3 months. according to section 46 (3) of government decree 321/2015 (x.30.), any reference to a specific brand, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark that may occur in the table of bid prices is made solely for the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement; the contracting authority also accepts equivalent offers. the proof of equivalence, in case of doubt, is the responsibility of the bidder. the contracting authority reserves the right to request the delivery of the total quantity in several installments. the technical parameters of the products to be procured are included in the table of bid prices. furthermore, the bidder must declare in their offer, duly signed, that: • they undertake to perform in the schedule and quantity requested by the contracting authority; • the products they offer meet the quality expected by the contracting authority and the standards applicable to the offered product; • in case of winning, they will provide and deliver the offered products under the conditions and quality specified by the contracting authority; • the warranty period they undertake is at least 12 months from receipt; • they undertake that the metal products will be delivered in accordance with the specifications defined in annex 2, in the same quality as currently used for the same purpose, with identical technical parameters or better reliability. the tools will be delivered in protective packaging against dust, water, and other contaminants, which will protect them from any external damage during transport and storage. the packaging will be marked with a label that remains legible for four years. the label includes the bkv item numbers, the quantity contained in the packaging, and the delivery date; • they will deliver the offered item throughout the duration of the contract; • they undertake to deliver the goods in the schedule and quantity specified in the order, to the place of receipt specified in the order, within the deadline undertaken in annex 1 of the public procurement guide from the date of receipt of the order, and, if applicable, to install them. the delivery deadline cannot exceed 15 calendar days; • the bidder must also declare that they qualify as a transparent organization under section 3 (1) of act cxcvi of 2011 on national assets, undertake to prove this at the request of the contracting authority, continuously ensure transparency during the existence of the contract concluded as a result of the procedure, promptly notify the contracting authority in writing of any changes, and acknowledge that in case of violation of these obligations, the contracting authority is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect and that a contract concluded based on a false declaration is null and void. the declarations can be fulfilled by signing the declaration template according to annex 1 of the guide. the declaration can also be fulfilled by filling out the provided form. the bidder must declare in their offer whether there are any restrictive measures imposed due to russian actions destabilizing the situation in ukraine, as defined in article 5k (1) of council regulation 833/2014/eu of july 31, 2014, regarding the award of the public procurement contract. the bidder must provide the unit price of the product (excluding vat, in huf) by filling out the provided price table. the names and quantity data in the price table, as well as the formula recorded by the contracting authority in the excel table, cannot be modified by the bidder, nor can items be combined or new items added. the bidder must submit an offer for all items listed in the price table; a bid of 0 huf is not possible, and unit prices must be provided in whole numbers. the completed excel format table must be attached to the offer in both non-editable (*.pdf; *.jpeg) and editable (*.xls; *.xlsx) formats. in case of discrepancy, the non-editable format shall prevail! estimated value excluding vat: 3300107.00 huf.Td-249/24. procurement of maintenance materials
