kelkheim, grundschule in den sindlinger wiesen (gsw) kelkheim and max-von-gagern-schule (mvg) kelkheim), description: for lot 1 for lunch provision in 7 primary schools of the main-taunus-kreis school authority (comeniusschule (com) eppstein, drei-linden-schule (dls) bad soden, georg-kerschensteiner-schule (gks) schwalbach, geschwister-scholl-schule (gss) schwalbach, pestalozzischule (psk) kelkheim, grundschule in den sindlinger wiesen (gsw) kelkheim and max-von-gagern-schule (mvg) kelkheim), approximately 1,235 lunch meals on school days will be provided at the start of the contract, and at the request of the respective schools, also during holiday periods under the same conditions, starting from a minimum number of 25 lunch meals for lot 1. the aforementioned quantities (average number of lunch meals on school days) refer to the reference year 2025. the number of daily lunch meals varies depending on the module choice of the meal participants (3 to 5 days per week). these figures are merely a guideline for the offer calculation and do not represent binding (minimum or maximum) delivery quantities. the contractor does not have a claim to the acceptance of a specific minimum quantity. daily deliveries will also include deliveries during the hessian school holidays, depending on the offered holiday care. during the holidays, lunch packages instead of lunch menus are to be delivered upon request by the facility management if needed on one day per holiday week. it is expressly pointed out that, in the context of closures of individual groups or the formation of new groups, as well as the legal entitlement for primary school students to all-day care in schools, there may be deviations from the aforementioned number of lunch portions both upwards and downwards. the contractor is able to respond flexibly to changes regarding the number of portions as well as to express specific wishes or suggestions from the facilities. in the school premises (except for grundschule in den sindlinger wiesen and max-von-gagern-schule for lot 1), fully equipped cook & chill kitchens, including the corresponding combi steamers, are available. the client therefore assumes a cook & chill catering. all schools (except for grundschule in den sindlinger wiesen and max-von-gagern-schule for lot 1) are currently supplied with the existing kitchen facilities within the framework of the cook & chill catering system, without the need for further kitchen equipment. the cook & chill catering system is to be realized with the existing kitchen facilities with daily delivery. any further equipment in this regard is excluded. the dining room of the grundschule in den sindlinger wiesen consists of a container room with only limited space for a small serving station and a small side room where the kitchen is located. in the long term, the dining room will no longer be sufficient, so another dining room in the school building is planned. to regenerate the food, the grundschule in den sindlinger wiesen is equipped with coolcooking boxes (device with connection to a standard 230v socket, actively cools the food and regenerates it automatically at a previously defined time, further functions include keeping the food warm and measuring the food temperature) at the start of the contract on 01.08.2026. the max-von-gagern-schule has a fully equipped kitchen and is equipped with a combi steamer for regenerating the food at the start of the contract on 01.08.2026. if a catering system is offered that cannot be realized with the existing kitchen facilities, the contractor must provide the necessary equipment for his offered catering system at his own expense and demonstrate in the context of his offer that an appropriate operation is spatially and technically possible with the local conditions. the offered catering system must be realizable with the existing room capacities, technical connections, and kitchen facilities. structural measures and changes to the technical connections for the realization of the offered catering system are excluded. in this regard, the bidder must clearly state in his offer which equipment with which specifications and in what quantity is required in the respective schools for realization and whether and where this equipment can be set up, connected, and operated without further structural measures in the respective schools. furthermore, the bidder must clearly demonstrate in his offer how the offered catering system will be implemented with the necessary equipment for
