Contract awarded for Contract lifecycle management application and services lot-0000, title: contract lifecycle management application and services, description: with this tender, fzag aims to procure a modern, high-performance contract lifecycle management (clm) application as a saas solution. the goal is to provide a secure, scalable, and user-friendly saas application that supports the entire contract lifecycle and ensures regular updates as well as compliance features. in the first implementation phase, we will implement contract management/archiving by december 31, 2026, and in the second implementation phase, we will begin implementing the remaining modules starting january 1, 2028. the completion of the implementation of the clm tool with all modules should be no later than december 31, 2028. we reserve the right not to implement the second phase. the scope of the introduction includes the provision of the clm application as a 'saas' solution, the migration of contracts and documents from the existing contract management application to the new clm application, the implementation, as well as the knowledge transfer through training of the different user groups and the documentation of relevant topics. estimated value excluding vat: 592539.34 chf.Contract lifecycle management application and services
