lot-0001, title: kopú horní okolí, description: the subject of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for complex land adjustments (hereinafter referred to as "kopú") in the cadastral area of horní okolí, including the necessary geodetic work in the accuracy class designated for the restoration of the real estate cadastre according to decree no. 357/2013 coll., on the cadastre of real estate (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as "cadastral decree"). the proposal for kopú will be prepared so that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. the work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the proposal for land adjustments and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. the proposal for kopú will be prepared according to a more detailed breakdown that precisely corresponds to the requirements specified in decree no. 13/2014 coll., on the procedure for carrying out land adjustments and the requirements for the proposal for land adjustments, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "decree no. 13/2014 coll."). the area of the complex land adjustment will include part of the cadastral area. of the total area of the cadastral area (hereinafter referred to as "k. ú.") horní okolí (501 ha), an area of 275 ha will be included in the land adjustment area, and additionally, plots from adjacent k. ú. with an area of approximately 7 ha are included in the area. only some larger complexes of forests remain outside the land adjustment area. as part of the proceedings, a change of the cadastral boundary between k. ú. horní okolí and k. ú. bolechy is being prepared. the estimated area of the kopú horní okolí is 282 ha.
