lot-0000, title: kezo los va01 replacement construction wildbach bridge, description: the client, the zweckverband kehrichtverwertung zürcher oberland (kezo), was founded in 1961 and includes 36 political municipalities in the zürcher oberland and around lake zurich. it operates a waste-to-energy plant (kva) in hinwil for the thermal recovery of municipal waste from approximately 365,000 households as well as from industry and commerce. the construction services advertised here concern the replacement construction of the wildbach bridge, which leads from zürichstrasse (national road) to wildbachstrasse (private road) and serves parcels 8333, 7960, 7666, 7665, 7303, and 8086. the bridge is located in the wildbach section of the cadastral number 2679. the existing bridge no longer meets the usage requirements (load-bearing structure, lane width). it is to be demolished, and a new bridge will be built in the same location. the bridge represents the only connection from zürichstrasse to the industrial area wildbachstrasse with around 1,000 jobs. access (for vehicles) and access (for pedestrians) must be guaranteed throughout the entire construction period. the demolition and new construction work must be carried out in stages with corresponding traffic diversions. a temporary bridge must be constructed for pedestrians on the wetzikon side. to avoid disrupting traffic on zürichstrasse, it is planned that the installation of the bored piles and the lifting of the prefabricated bridge elements will take place at night.
