Contract awarded for K2608 – green waste transportation lot-0001, title: k2608 – green waste transport, description: k2608 - for a net budget of 100,000,000 huf, the contracting authority is responsible for the loading and transportation of green waste (biodegradable waste with identification code 20 02 01) generated during its activities (mowing, leaves, branches, logs, other green waste). based on the framework agreement to be concluded as a result of this procedure, the winning bidder is obliged to transport the green waste to the designated location specified during the procurement procedure using a truck equipped with a crane. the winning bidder's task during the performance of the contract is to load and transport the green waste from the locations specified by the contracting authority in the individual order (located within the administrative boundary of budapest) to the composting site at 130 keresztúri road, x. district, budapest (green waste landfill). the winning bidder must load and transport the green waste using a self-loading, tipping truck (tipping to the rear and/or side) or a container crane truck. the crane must be equipped with a hydraulic grab bucket; additionally, it is advisable (but not mandatory) to have a log grab bucket and a gasoline-powered/battery-operated chainsaw to facilitate the loading of cut branches. after loading, the driver receives the delivery note from the client. the loaded green waste must be transported to the contracting authority's composting site. the winning bidder is obliged to ensure the disposal of the green waste, and at the composting site (green waste landfill), the green waste must be unloaded using the tipping platform after submitting the delivery note and weighing the green waste. the contracting authority is obliged to pay the service fee monthly in arrears for compliant performances, based on the quantity (weight) indicated on the monthly weighing slips, calculated using the unit price (huf/ton) offered by the winning bidder. to fulfill the green waste transport, the winning bidder must obtain the necessary entry permits (margaret island, hajógyári island, népliget) to access the loading and unloading sites at their own expense. the lack of entry permits does not exempt the winning bidder from compliant performance. the winning bidder is also obliged to perform the ordered transport task in compliance with the contract in case of restrictions affecting the movement of trucks, known as "smog alert." the contracting authority undertakes to issue orders amounting to 70% of the total budget. informative quantity (the estimated total quantity of green waste for the entire contractual period): 3200 tons. the estimated quantity for one order is: 170 tons. the contracting authority is obliged to pay the service fee (hereinafter: service fee; i.e., the net unit price offered regarding the price aspect - huf/ton) to the winning bidder. the order of individual orders, penalty-laden performance deadlines: the transport service from the transport areas is ordered by the competent operations manager of the contracting authority or a person authorized by them via phone when the need arises, which is subsequently confirmed in writing via email. the exact time of the phone order is recorded by both the winning bidder and the contracting authority, and this is also included in the email confirmation of the phone order. the winning bidder is obliged to confirm the email confirmation of the phone order in a response email. the winning bidder must start work within 3 working days from the phone order (penalty-laden performance deadline). in case of delay, the winning bidder is obliged to pay a penalty according to point 9.1.1 of the contract. in case of urgency, the transport must begin within 24 hours from the phone order (penalty-laden performance deadline). in case of delay, the winning bidder is obliged to pay a penalty according to point 9.1.2 of the contract. in case of urgent transport needs, the contracting authority indicates/records the fact of urgency in both the phone and email orders. in emergencies (natural disasters, storm damage, or other unforeseen extraordinary events), the winning bidder is obliged to start the transport within 3 hours from the phone order (penalty-laden performance deadline). in case of delay, the winning bidder is obliged to pay a penalty according to point 9.1.2 of the contract. the contracting authority also indicates/records the fact of the emergency in both the phone and email orders. the start of work means the commencement of loading on-site. the detailed description of the tasks to be performed by the winning bidder is included in the technical description, which is an annex to the procurement documents, and the draft contract (draft service framework agreement). estimated value excluding vat: 100000000.00 huf.K2608 – green waste transportation
