the present contract consists of two parts: 1. the works part which includes the supply and installation of passage meters as well as any counting and sub-counting devices on the installed or existing passage meters allowing for automatic reading via telemetry as well as reporting and integration into an energy monitoring tool of all consumption data by supply point. 2. the service part which includes the establishment of a monitoring system for water, electricity, and gas consumption as well as the maintenance and all-risk warranty of all the meters included in the system as well as the remote communication devices installed by the contractor. it also includes the storage and backup of energy data with a host (or with itself, in its own system).
