GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Develop tools aimed at OLNs, to strengthen the work they do with indigenous and non-indigenous children and adolescents in the communes of Lumaco and Ercilla, in the prevention of situations of violence and the detection and comprehensive approach to risks, threats and violations, incorporating the intercultural perspective, in an explicit and operational manner. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: Design and implement participatory processes for gathering information with relevant actors in the communes of Lumaco and Ercilla, including children and adolescents, families and communities - Mapuche and non-Mapuche - and the main institutions linked to children and adolescents and that have a role in the prevention, detection and addressing of violence[1]. The above, to know the main experiences and needs of children and adolescents, families and communities, and, in the case of the teams and institutions involved, their functions and responsibilities, as well as the actions they carry out and good practices and gaps in the matter. Prepare a Diagnostic Document with the main results, findings and conclusions derived from the participatory processes. Prepare a Technical Note addressed to the OLN, to strengthen culturally relevant work with children and adolescents, their families and communities - Mapuche and non-Mapuche - in the prevention, detection and comprehensive approach to violence. The above, considering the results and findings of the participatory processes (Diagnostic Document) and incorporating relevant theoretical and technical content. Design and implement a Training Plan on the prevention, detection and addressing of violence against children and adolescents, with an intercultural perspective, aimed at different relevant institutional actors linked to this matter. [1] Like the OLN, health and education establishments (kindergarten, basic and secondary, representatives of the educational community as a management team, teachers and mainly, parents), programs in the sports, recreation, culture, prevention and rehabilitation of drug and/or alcohol consumption sectors, civil society and the Specialized Protection Service for Children and Adolescents.
