lot-0000, title: (26078) 704 implementation agency within the framework of the 'swiss-serbian innovation programme', description: the 'swiss-serbian innovation programme' is a four-year bilateral program funded by the two departments of trade promotion and private sector development, the economic development cooperation of seco, and contributions from the serbian government. the program aims to strengthen serbia's innovation ecosystem through three interconnected components. it builds on existing seco-funded projects, creates synergies, and strengthens the serbian innovation ecosystem through new projects. the overarching coordination of the program and the collaboration of the three components will be ensured by an implementation agency, which will also implement one of the three components. furthermore, the program will collaborate with swiss actors and local serbian actors in the innovation ecosystem, such as the ministry of science, technological development and innovation; the innovation fund; the science and technology park in belgrade; as well as with academic and private sector organizations.
