lot-0001, title: hwgk-f gf 15550 upper neckar, description: goal: updating the flood hazard maps in the upper neckar catchment area (excluding schlichem and glatt). watercourses to be calculated: 178.2 km. additional watercourses to be considered: 28.1 km. area size total catchment area hydraulics: 804 km². support points in hydterrain (estimated): 850 million pieces. size for raster processing (estimated): 220 km². /// the procedure is determined by state uniform regulations for the hwgk project and includes the following essential points: adoption and preparation of the provided geo-base and geo-specialist data, hydrological data (bfgm), as well as verification of survey data. / check the digital terrain model with integrated watercourse pipe (tin/terrain) (basis: laser scan data from aerial surveys 2016 onwards) and refine it if necessary with uncontained terrain structures and surveyed construction structures. preparation of data for the creation of hydraulic models. / the hydrological work is to be carried out with the "hydrological basic model bfgm", an fgm model (extension of the fgm program for "area-detailed precipitation-runoff modeling in a complex catchment area" from the "software package flood analysis and calculation" by lubw/kit). this includes the adoption of the technically operational but not yet adapted raw model for the runoff characteristics of the area provided by the client, the extension of the raw model to a detailed model through the integration and parameterization of additional nodes, the adjustment and validation of the runoff characteristics of the area based on existing hqt values, the calculation of runoff hydrographs with 3 model variants for at least five return periods each, as well as the data storage and provision of results and the model using access databases, graphical longitudinal sections, and fgm files. the results will be made available. / hydraulic 2-d models are to be created with the software package laser_as-2d / hydroas. all hydraulically relevant structures in and around the watercourse and on the floodplains must be considered. / calculation of hydraulics (unsteady) with hydroas according to the established procedure for the updating of the hwgk (hq10, hq50, hq100, hq100ohrb, hq1000 as well as section-wise hwextreme) / evaluation of the modeled calculations regarding the representation of the hydrological calculation variables. derivation of corrected flood areas, water level locations, and flood depth grids, recording of factual data and geometries / several gauges are located in the processing area. gauge models have already been created for these operational state gauges. these will be made available and must be integrated. / a gauge model is to be created for the gauge oberndorf / neckar. / several flood protection measures are planned and under construction in the area. these must be taken into account in the processing. /
