Contract awarded for Hvac supplies for stair construction lot-0000, title: hvac supplies for building construction, description: subject of procurement and contract period: the subject of procurement is hvac supplies for building construction for the owner-customers of sansia oy. the contract period is from september 1, 2026, to august 31, 2029, and the procurement includes a one (1) year option (september 1, 2029, to august 31, 2030). the contracting authority does not commit to specific procurement volumes during the contract period, and the actual purchase quantities may vary as needed. comparison of offers: offers will be compared using a shopping cart method. the procurement documents will present a list of hvac products with assumed annual consumption (products and quantities in the comparison shopping cart). the comparison price is calculated by applying the prices and discounts indicated by the bidder to the products in the shopping cart and multiplying by the indicated annual consumption. bidders are compared based on the product listing in the request for proposal weighted by the assumed annual consumption, resulting in a comparison price. offers are ranked based on their comparison prices. framework arrangement and supplier selection: the procurement will be carried out as a framework arrangement, from which two (2) bidders with the lowest comparison prices will be selected. a procurement contract will be concluded with each selected supplier in accordance with the terms of the framework arrangement. the framework agreement does not create exclusivity for deliveries – orders during the contract period will be directed to the selected suppliers based on the terms and prices confirmed in the tender competition. the contract does not commit to annual volumes. the priority order of suppliers will be established based on the totality of the procurement on a per-order basis. the buyer will place orders on a product-specific basis by comparing the currently valid prices of the contracted suppliers. the order will be made from the supplier whose price for that product is the lowest at the time of ordering. the comparison is made on a product-by-product basis and may vary per order depending on product prices. the buyer is not committed to ordering the entire shopping cart from one supplier but may split the order among multiple suppliers based on product-specific price comparisons. suppliers must maintain an up-to-date price list that is available to the buyer electronically. prices will change according to the terms agreed in the contract based on the supplier's public price list. the offered discount percentages are valid throughout the entire contract period. the buyer will compare prices based on the latest approved price list. if the primary supplier is unable to deliver the product within the agreed time or if there are significant shortages in product availability, or if the service level otherwise significantly deteriorates (e.g., repeated delivery delays, incorrect deliveries, or inadequate customer service), the buyer has the right to place the order with another contracted supplier without separate notice to the primary supplier. in this case, the buyer does not violate the priority order but acts in accordance with the terms of the contract to ensure delivery reliability and service quality. offer forms and discount tables: the bidder must attach product group-specific discount tables for hvac products to their offer. these tables indicate the discount percentages for each product group in relation to the supplier's current public price list. the discount percentages must be consistent with the discounts used in the comparison shopping cart of the offer. price verification during the contract period: contract prices will be reviewed biannually, twice a year. new prices will come into effect on january 1 and july 1 (the first price review is on january 1, 2027). price review procedure: the supplier must notify in writing of any need for a price review at least 3 weeks before the start of the review period. price reviews are based on the currently valid public price list of the contracted supplier, to which the product group-specific discount percentages indicated in the bidder's offer will apply. thus, contract prices will be updated in accordance with changes in market prices while maintaining the discount level provided in the offer in relation to the supplier's public prices. all price reviews will be carried out in accordance with the terms agreed in the procurement contract. estimated value excluding vat: none .Hvac supplies for stair construction
