Contract awarded for Framework agreement 'his-step2' lot-0001, title: framework agreement "his-step2", description: the public contracting authority is the kunstakademie düsseldorf, eiskellerstraße 1, 40213 düsseldorf. this announcement is made in the name of the kunstakademie düsseldorf as well as in the name of the kunstakademie münster, leonardo-campus 2, 48149 münster, and the kunsthochschule für medien köln, heumarkt 14, 50667 köln (hereinafter collectively referred to as "contracting authorities"). the subject of the announcement is an evb-it framework agreement for the following services: implementation of additional functions of the campus management software hisinone at the three aforementioned art universities to implement process improvements and efficiency increases for teachers, students, and university administration, and to meet requirements such as those of the ozg (project "his-step2"). the framework agreement came into effect upon the award of the contract on october 9, 2026. the framework agreement ends on june 30, 2028. the contracting authorities are entitled to terminate the framework agreement prematurely at any time with a notice period of 6 months to the end of the month. however, the framework agreement ends at the latest upon reaching the maximum acceptance limit, without the need for termination. the anticipated order volume amounts to 606 person-days (uniform calculation basis: 46 person-days on-site and 560 person-days remote). a binding maximum acceptance limit of 696 person-days has been established (figures refer to the intended maximum duration of the framework agreement including all extension options). there is no minimum acceptance obligation. the contracting authorities are not obliged to award contracts under this framework agreement (cf. recital no. 61 of directive 2014/24/eu). estimated value excluding vat: 862200.00 eur.Framework agreement 'his-step2'
