lot-0000, title: default lot, description: the list of activities that will be carried out during the implementation period of the framework agreement is described at the level of the specifications document. the estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement and those that could be the subject of a single contract among those that will be awarded during the framework agreement are found in the annexes of the specifications document (the current text is limited in the number of characters that can be filled in). modifications to the public procurement framework agreement during its validity period can be made under the conditions provided in article 221 of law no. 98/2016 and the provisions of the anap instructions. during the implementation of the framework agreement, new types of products/services/works can be introduced based on article 221 paragraph (1), letter f) of law no. 98/2016 correlated with article 9 of instruction no. 1/2021, treated as contractual modifications with low value - adaptations to practical context, which do not affect the general nature of the contract/framework agreement, which are related to the fulfillment of the framework agreement (necessary for streamlining the implementation process of the respective contract from the perspective of the contracting authority and/or for improving the quality of its results), within a limit of 10% of the value of the framework agreement. the unit prices in this case will be established by reference to similar unit prices from the contract, with the necessary adjustments. if there are no similar unit prices for calculating the modifications, the reasonableness of the price will be taken into account, considering any relevant aspect that reflects the nature of the products, the level of quality, the origin as applicable, as well as any aspect that impacts the price, to which a reasonable profit is added. the reasonableness will be evaluated in relation to generally accepted good practices in the respective sector of activity, so as to reflect the fact that the procurement of products/services/works, which are the subject of the modifications, was made under conditions of economic and social efficiency, achieving the necessary level of quality, at a price that does not exceed the average existing price in the relevant market. during the validity period of the framework agreement, the bidder-purchaser reserves the right/option to supplement the estimated quantity of products/services/works at the level of the awarding documentation by up to a maximum of 50% of the estimated maximum quantity for the framework agreement. the price of the products/services/works that can be additionally purchased base
