lot-0001, title: "first invitation for the delivery of reagents, kits, consumables, etc. for the provision of projects under the 'science' fund and doctoral students", description: the subject of the public procurement is the selection of contractor(s) for the delivery of reagents, kits, consumables, etc. to ensure quality, timely, and in accordance with contractual requirements, conducting scientific research on projects approved for funding by the 'science' fund, as well as for the needs of doctoral students. the order includes the delivery of goods, previously requested and specified by type (commercial nomenclature), technical data, configuration, and quantities. the goods are detailed in the technical specification (appendix no. 1) of the documentation. the quantity of goods is determined by the contracting authority depending on specific needs and financial security. the quantities indicated in the technical specification (appendix no. 1) are estimated, for the duration of the contract, and will serve in the evaluation of offers. the contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the specified quantities of goods according to its needs. place of execution of the order: varna, 55 'marin drinov' street. deadline for execution of the order - 24 (twenty-four) months. delivery period - up to 60 (sixty) calendar days from receipt of the written request from the contracting authority. the delivery of goods must be carried out in accordance with the storage and transportation conditions described by the manufacturer, in the manufacturer's original packaging, with intact integrity, marked origin, and in applicable cases accompanied by an analysis certificate and safety data sheet in bulgarian. the remaining shelf life of the offered items at the time of delivery must be no less than 80% of the shelf life indicated by the manufacturer on the packaging.
