Contract awarded for Feed procurement 23 pieces - 2026 lot-0017, title: vitamins, minerals, description: "procurement of various feeds for the feeding of animals for the budapest zoo and botanical garden - framework agreement - in 23 parts" according to the table issued as part of the technical description and procurement documents: carotene "cube" hufstable dragee e/selen "cube" giraffe "cube" elephant "cube" "treat" (apple) "treat" (carrot) predator premix lick bowl for sheep milk powder for sheep milk powder for horses "strengthening" muesli electrolyte replacement informative procurement quantity, for which the contracting authority does not undertake any obligation to call: 4862 kg the quantity of the framework agreement: ordering of the products detailed in the technical description up to a net framework amount of 13,000,000 huf. the contracting authority does not undertake any obligation to exhaust the framework amount. the successful bidder is obliged to submit their offer with this condition in mind. the performance will be based on individual orders according to the provisions of the draft contract. the price table must be submitted as a professional commercial offer. the complete absence of the table cannot be supplemented! it is mandatory to submit an offer for each row of the table. the framework agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of entry into force (in case of extension, for the extended period) or until the exhaustion of the framework amount. the deadline for the performance of individual orders created under the contract will be determined by the parties in the individual orders, but the performance deadline cannot be shorter than 24 hours from the receipt of the order - following the confirmation of the order by the seller in the ekr, meaning that in certain cases the delivery obligation may fall on a public holiday, considering the buyer’s obligation to fulfill their tasks: that is, continuous availability must be ensured, in accordance with section 104 (3) of the kbt. the exact name and technical parameters of the products to be delivered are included in the technical description that is part of the kd. the designation prescribed in the technical description and the table that is part of it serves to clearly define the nature of the product, and in every case, the expression "or equivalent" must be understood alongside the specific brand, origin, type designation mentioned in the call or the kd. in the specified cases, where a specific requirement is included in the expected specification, for animal health and feeding professional reasons, the contracting authority can only accept the product that precisely meets the given requirement. the specified requirements and conditions are the minimum requirements of the contracting authority; offers can also be made for products with more favorable characteristics than these minimum requirements, so products with technical and commercial characteristics equal to or more favorable than the prescribed minimum requirements may be acceptable, with the understanding that more favorable offers will not be evaluated separately, the contracting authority applies the lowest price evaluation criterion, with the sum of the unit prices of the items in the table multiplied by the weight specified for each item forming the price to be indicated on the reading sheet ("net offer price to be indicated on the reading sheet"). the winner of the procurement procedure must ensure the cold chain until the acceptance at the zoo. estimated value excluding vat: 13000000.00 huf.Feed procurement 23 pieces - 2026
