Contract awarded for Expansion of the data storage platform lot-0001, title: expansion of the data storage platform, description: 1. the subject of the order is the expansion of the ceph data storage platform in terms of data storage space (mass storage). the aim of the ordering party is to expand the data storage space from the currently available 200tb on allflash nvme disks to at least 9pb of usable space. basic offer: delivery and installation of storage shelves with a total raw capacity of no less than 15000 tb. the storage shelves must work correctly with the ordering party's dell r7525 servers. as part of the delivery, sas hba 12gb/s cards compatible with dell r7525 servers must be provided. variant offer: delivery and installation of a matrix offering block, file, and s3 access with performance comparable to the basic offer. 2. a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in annex no. 1 to the swz. 3. the ordering party requires that the offered subject of the order, including all ict products, ict services, and ict processes used to execute the order, does not include: 1) ict products, ict services, or ict processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in article 33(4) of the act of july 5, 2018, on the national cybersecurity system (journal of laws of 2026, item 20 and 252), stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security, 2) an ict product whose type has been specified in the decision recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in article 67b(15) of the act of july 5, 2018, on the national cybersecurity system, or an ict service, or an ict process specified in that decision. if the contractor offers a solution referred to in points 1) or 2) above, the offer will be rejected based on article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the public procurement law. 4. the ordering party does not allow the offering of supplies from countries referred to in chapter v, paragraph 2, point 4. this restriction applies to any contractor offering such supplies, regardless of the origin of the contractor itself. by 'country of origin of the goods,' the ordering party understands the country of origin determined in accordance with article 60 of the regulation of the european parliament and of the council (eu) no. 952/2013 establishing the union customs code, i.e.: 1) in the case of goods wholly obtained - the country of their total obtaining, 2) in the case of goods produced in more than one country - the country where the goods underwent the last significant, economically justified processing or treatment in an enterprise adapted for this purpose, resulting in the creation of a new product or constituting a significant stage in production. if the contractor offers a solution referred to in points 1) or 2) above, the offer will be rejected based on article 226(1)(5) of the public procurement law. estimated value excluding vat: 3477480.00 pln.Expansion of the data storage platform
