Contract awarded for Exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the project "reconstruction of the street network, sidewalks, and access to properties on "tsar ivan asen" street, financed with funds under administrative contract no. 16/g.6/03/005333-s01 for non-repayable financial assistance under the strategic plan for the development of agriculture in rural areas of the republic of bulgaria for the period 2023-2027. lot-0001, title: "exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the project 'reconstruction of the street network, sidewalks, and access to properties on 'tsar ivan asen' street' financed with funds under administrative contract no. 16/g.6/03/005333-c01 for non-repayable financial assistance under the strategic plan for the development of agriculture in rural areas of the republic of bulgaria for the period 2023-2027.", description: the subject of this public procurement is "exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the project 'reconstruction of the street network, sidewalks, and access to properties on 'tsar ivan asen' street' financed with funds under administrative contract no. 16/g.6/03/005333-c01 for non-repayable financial assistance under the strategic plan for the development of agriculture in rural areas of the republic of bulgaria for the period 2023-2027." the conditions under which the subject of the procurement will be realized, the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are in accordance with the documentation for the public procurement and the draft contract, as well as in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework. the scope of the public procurement includes the following types of activities: 1/ exercise of construction supervision during the construction, according to article 166 of the spatial development act (zut). the scope of activities for exercising construction supervision during the construction is according to article 168 of zut, including coordination of the construction process until the project is put into operation; 2/ performing the function of safety and health coordinator, according to regulation no. 2 of march 22, 2004, on the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions during the execution of construction and assembly works; 3/ preparation of a final report according to article 168, paragraph 6 of zut; 4/ preparation and registration of a technical passport according to article 176a of zut and regulation no. 5 of december 28, 2006, on technical passports of constructions. 5/ submission of the necessary documents for the appointment of an acceptance commission. 6/ the selected contractor is obliged to carry out the activity 'exercise of construction supervision during the removal of manifested hidden defects during the minimum warranty periods' until the expiration of the warranty period for the project, determined according to regulation no. 2 of july 31, 2003, for the commissioning of constructions in the republic of bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and assembly works, facilities, and construction projects and according to the technical proposal of the contractor designated to carry out construction and assembly works on the project. the warranty periods begin to run from the date of commissioning, certified by a proper document issued by the competent authorities. the warranty periods do not run and are extended by the time during which the construction has manifested a defect, until its removal. the warranty liability is excluded when the manifested defects are the result of an unforeseen circumstance. full information regarding the scope, volume, and requirements for the execution of the subject of the procurement is detailed and regulated in the technical specification - appendix no. 1, an integral part of the documentation for the public procurement. estimated value excluding vat: 2200.00 eur.Exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the project "reconstruction of the street network, sidewalks, and access to properties on "tsar ivan asen" street, financed with funds under administrative contract no. 16/g.6/03/005333-s01 for non-repayable financial assistance under the strategic plan for the development of agriculture in rural areas of the republic of bulgaria for the period 2023-2027.
