Contract awarded for Execution of construction works regarding the completion of external installations and the development of the area along with the exit road and sidewalk within the part of building 'a' in spwsz in szczecin, ul. arkonska 4 – plot no. 3/38, precinct 2036 { "detected_language": "polish", "translated_text": "lot-0001, title: execution of construction works regarding the completion of external installations and the development of the area along with the exit road and sidewalk within part of building \"a\" at spwsz in szczecin, ul. arkonska 4 – plot no. 3/38, precinct 2036, description: 1. the subject of the order is the execution of construction works regarding the completion of external installations and the development of the area along with the exit road and sidewalk within part of building \"a\" at spwsz in szczecin, ul. arkonska 4 – plot no. 3/38, precinct 2036. 2. the contractor is obliged to execute the order under the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, which is an annex no. 4 to the swz and in the description of the subject of the order, which is an annex no. 1 to the swz. 3. the basic order includes: 1) execution of construction works regarding the completion of the reconstruction of the external water supply installation, fragments of the sanitary and storm sewer network, as well as external electrical and telecommunication installations along with the exit road and sidewalks at spwsz in szczecin at ul. arkonska 4 within the boundaries of plot no. 3/38 from precinct 2036. within the scope of the basic order, the following works will be carried out: a) execution of external installations of technical infrastructure in the scope of sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication installations as well as facilities and devices for land development along with the execution and connection of the retention tank zr-1b. the area and scope of the investment have been defined in the land development plan (hereinafter referred to as \"pzt\"), which is an annex no. 4 to opz - as stage 1 of the works, b) execution of a sewage pumping station near building \"a\", c) restoration of green areas where the underground retention tank zr-1b will be located and the area around the sewage pumping station, d) completion of the renovation and insulation of the walls of the basements of the eastern and southern elevations along with the installation of window joinery and the installation of daylight wells (stage 1 specified in pzt), e) renovation and restoration of the road and sidewalks after construction works related to the reconstruction of the building and networks, within the scope covered by the subject of the order; 2) warranty service for the sewage pumping station; 3) obtaining a use permit, or submitting a notification of completion of construction to the relevant building supervision authority, if required by applicable regulations. a detailed description of the subject of the order is an annex no. 1 to swz. 4. the place of execution of the subject of the order will be the independent public voivodeship hospital in szczecin located at ul. arkonska 4, 71-455 szczecin, at the location at ul. arkonska 4. 5. the contracting authority anticipates the possibility of awarding orders referred to in article 214(1)(7) of the pzp, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic order. 6. orders referred to in point 3.9. swz will consist of repeating construction works consistent with the construction works that are the subject of this order and similar construction works in terms of the technology of their execution. the scope of construction works that are the subject of the orders referred to in point 3.9. swz will include works related to the completion of external installations and the development of the area along with the exit road and sidewalk within part of building \"a\" at spwsz in szczecin, ul. arkonska 4 – plot no. 3/38, precinct 2036, covering activities indicated by type in annex no. 1 to swz, i.e.: 1. general construction works;
