Contract awarded for Equipping the investment area adjacent to the lower silesian economic activity zone s3 jawor - geodetic district mecinka lot-0001, title: infrastructure development of the investment area adjacent to the lower silesian economic activity zone s3 jawor – geodetic area of mecinka, description: the subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation and construction works for the task titled: "infrastructure development of the investment area adjacent to the lower silesian economic activity zone s3 jawor – geodetic area of mecinka" in the design-build formula under funding from the government fund for the polish order strategic investment program – vii edition. the scope of the order includes, in particular, the execution of: 1) technical documentation along with agreements, 2) water supply network, 3) sewage network - sanitary, 4) electrical infrastructure, 5) road technical infrastructure, 6) communication network – road along with drainage – connecting investment areas with provincial road no. 320 through necessary reconstruction and adaptation of local, internal, technical, and service roads (including the construction of required roundabouts), 7) stormwater drainage. the subject of the order must be executed based on the functional and utility program prepared by m.sc. eng. wojciech wróbelski, karo design office, ul. kukulek 11a, 40-537 katowice, june 2024. the contractor will prepare formal and legal documentation enabling the contracting authority to take over the land of the plots that will be occupied for the construction of the road system – preliminary division projects – necessary to obtain the zrid decision. for the entirety of the design works, the contractor will prepare and agree with the managing (owners) of the properties, technical infrastructure, the executive designs. the scope of the designed networks and road layout as well as lengths indicated in the functional-utility program are of a general overview nature. any differences that arise during the development of the construction project and executive project by the contractor will not affect the bid price and the time for completing the works. the requirements may not cover all details necessary for the development of the projects. the contractor will execute the facility fully functional and in accordance with applicable regulations. in the contractor's bid form, they are obliged to present the bid price broken down into the cost of preparing complete documentation along with preparing materials for submitting an application for zrid or building permit or materials for notification for works not requiring a building permit and the cost of works. the specification of contract conditions specifies the maximum percentage value of the design documentation in relation to the total amount. the contracting authority anticipates the possibility of canceling the proceedings for awarding this order based on article 257 of the public procurement law. deadline for order completion: 24 months from the date of signing the contract (along with obtaining the occupancy permit by the contractor). estimated value excluding vat: 34699443.00 pln.Equipping the investment area adjacent to the lower silesian economic activity zone s3 jawor - geodetic district mecinka
