Contract awarded for Emptying and cleaning sludge fermentation tanks lot-0000, title: emptying and cleaning sludge digestion tanks, description: water authority vallei en veluwe invites market parties to collaborate within the framework agreement for the emptying and cleaning of sludge digestion tanks. we are looking for partners who not only possess the necessary expertise and experience in safely emptying, cleaning, and/or preparing sludge digestion tanks, but also want to invest in a sustainable, open, and reliable collaboration, without an integral execution obligation. the work includes, among other things, emptying sludge digestion tanks, removing and disposing of sludge (residues), cleaning the tanks and associated installation parts, as well as carrying out additional work necessary to safely inspect, maintain, or recommission the tanks. there is no maximum set on the number of framework contractors within the framework agreement; any bidder who meets the specified suitability requirements (see chapter 4) is eligible for admission. based on historical expenditures, the scope of the assignment for emptying and cleaning sludge digestion tanks is estimated at approximately €300,000 (excluding vat) per year. for the entire duration of the agreement of 6 years, including extensions, the total estimated scope is set at approximately €1,800,000 (excluding vat). to cover possible unforeseen costs, a margin of 100% has been applied to the estimate, resulting in a ceiling amount of €3,600,000 (excluding vat) for the entire duration of the assignment. the amounts mentioned above are for indication only. the contractor cannot derive any claims or rights from this. the contracting authority has no purchase obligation and provides no revenue guarantee. all mentioned amounts are exclusive of vat. estimated value excluding vat: none .Emptying and cleaning sludge fermentation tanks
