Contract awarded for Editing and destroying paper archives lot-0000, title: processing and destruction of paper archives, description: as described in the introduction, the nature of the assignment is twofold: 1. archives that must be permanently preserved need to be transferred, and; 2. archives must be lawfully destroyed or scheduled for destruction in a future year. additionally, it needs to be further investigated what should happen to the archives. this applies to a few smaller archives, such as the provincial advisory committees and the public body for waste disposal in maarsbergen. the goal of the assignment is that at the end of the assignment: 1. all archives to be preserved have been transferred to the utrecht archive (hua); 2. all files that are eligible for destruction according to the provincial selection list of archives (provisa) before 2031 have been destroyed; 3. the destruction declarations for files with a longer retention period than 2030 have been prepared for destruction in the year specified by the selection list. see further paragraph 2.4 of the guidelines. a more detailed overview (see appendix 11) has been attached to these guidelines with the relevant archives, the expected volume to be permanently preserved, and an explanation of origin and intended processing. in summary, it concerns the following archives, both to be permanently preserved and destructible: - provincial executive, 1989-1997 and 1997-2011, volume approx. 855 linear meters to be preserved. the part 1989-1997 has already been partially described in a draft inventory; - provincial states, 1989-2010, volume approx. 70 meters; - commissioners of the queen (staal and robbertsen), 1997-2011, volume approx. 59 meters; - road registers and specifications of road projects, 1939-2010, volume approx. 44 meters; - archive transferred to the province wgr+ region administration region utrecht (bru), 1995-2015, volume approx. 31 meters; - archive transferred to the province from the national land service, up to and including 2014, volume approx. 35 meters; - archive from the province of south holland due to the reorganization of vijfheerenlanden, first half of the 20th century to 2010, volume approx. 20 meters; - smaller archives managed by the province of utrecht, each volume a few to max. 13 meters. estimated value excluding vat: 1396236.34 eur.Editing and destroying paper archives
