Contract awarded for Dns - technical security for the implementation of cultural events lot-0001, title: dns - technical security for the implementation of cultural events, description: the subject of the contract is the establishment of dns. the aim of dns is to enable the public contracting authority to flexibly place orders in accordance with the public procurement act according to its real needs, i.e., at the time and scope known to it. dns will serve for placing orders for the provision of services and goods that are commonly available on the market, specifically it will involve the provision of technical security for individual cultural events - primarily the supply and operation of sound, lighting, and visual equipment and other supplementary services necessary for the technical preparation, security, and subsequent implementation of specific individual events. dns is established for a duration of 12 months for the needs of the public contracting authority, and orders in it will be placed only by the public contracting authority. dns is not divided into categories. the public contracting authority wants to enable the participation of smaller suppliers through operational order placement and therefore recommends that smaller suppliers who meet the participation conditions according to these documents submit an application for inclusion in dns, so they have the opportunity to apply for announced contracts. only those suppliers who are included in dns can then be sent an invitation to submit an offer and thus have the right to submit an offer, and therefore the public contracting authority recommends suppliers to deliver the application for inclusion in dns before the deadline for submitting applications stated in these competition documents. at the moment after the announcement of a specific individual contract, non-included suppliers can no longer apply for the announced contract, however, after their inclusion, the public contracting authority will be able to send them an invitation to submit an offer for the next announced contract. this means that applications for inclusion in dns can be submitted throughout its duration, but the invitation for a specific individual contract will be sent to such a supplier by the public contracting authority only after their inclusion in dns. estimated value excluding vat: 4350.00 eur.Dns - technical security for the implementation of cultural events
