Contract awarded for Digital human resources and payroll management system of the a.a.d.e. lot-0000, title: "digital human resources and payroll management system of the a.a.d.e.", description: the project includes the design and development and/or procurement of a new integrated electronic human resource and payroll management system (regular and additional remuneration) aimed at digital transformation and upgrading the administrative capacity and operation of the a.a.d.e. services. it will gather all the required functionality and support the exercise of the responsibilities of the human resource management directorate, the financial management directorate, and the budget and fiscal reporting directorate, adapting to the changes in the legislative framework. through the new information system, it will be possible to input and update the required information and mainly utilize it from different services (single information base, providing timely and accurate administrative information). the system will serve the personnel management needs of the a.a.d.e. (approximately 12,000 employees) throughout their service life as well as their payroll (regular and additional remuneration), utilizing existing personnel and payroll management data. it will cover all staffing needs (recruitment, transfer, reassignment, secondment), personnel service changes, positions of responsibility, monitoring of leaves, payroll (regular and additional remuneration), training, grading/salary progression, evaluation, classification into job profiles, and its disciplinary image with fully electronic processes aimed at reducing administrative burden and enhancing transparency. the system will also utilize existing personnel management data (human resource management, management of service identities, lottery of committee members, etc.), while providing the required information to other information systems operating in the a.a.d.e. through appropriate interfaces. estimated value excluding vat: 1023100.00 eur.Digital human resources and payroll management system of the a.a.d.e.
