lot-0001, title: development of a central governance and data classification framework for government cloud computing infrastructures and preparation of data classification studies for information systems hosted in the government public sector cloud. description: the object of the contract is the formation of the central data governance framework to ensure and monitor the reliability, validity, relevance and usability, security and privacy, as well as the standardization and classification of the data hosted in the infrastructures of the government cloud computing, in full compliance with the national and european institutional and regulatory framework, particularly that related to the management of public data and documents, as well as the general data protection regulation (eu) 2016/679 (gdpr). additionally, the object of the contract includes the design and standardization of the data classification model for the central information systems of the government public sector cloud (g-cloud), including the preparation of the corresponding data classification studies for all six hundred sixty-three (663) information systems of public entities, which were installed by the specified date in article 74 of law 4961/2022 and continue to be hosted in the government cloud computing infrastructure (g-cloud) of the general secretariat for information systems and digital governance (g.g.p.s.d.g.). the standard of the data classification study, which will be developed, will be used henceforth for all information systems before their installation in the g-cloud.
