Contract awarded for Design services for the development of technical and economic documentation lot-0000, title: default lot, description: the design services will refer to the following stages: ? technical expertise ? geotechnical study, including excavations ? topographic study, including ocpi ? energy audit and initial energy performance certificate ? fire safety study (fire safety approval) ? historical study (if applicable) ? detailed urban planning ? documentation for obtaining the approvals required in the urbanism certificate ? documentation for the approval of intervention works (if applicable) ? feasibility study (if applicable) ? technical documentation for the authorization of construction works (dtac) ? technical documentation for the authorization of demolition works (dtad) ? technical documentation for organizing the execution of works (dtoe) ? technical project and execution details ? technical assistance ? ensuring the quality technical verification of the projects carried out by certified technical verifiers ? energy performance certificate upon completion of the works ? preparation of the technical book (as-built) ? preparation of the designer's viewpoint upon completion of the works the technical-economic documentation related to the types of constructions and the design stages presented will be developed in accordance with the legislative requirements in force. at the same time, the type of documentation and the services that the contracting authority wishes to contract for each category of works are detailed and attached to the specifications. frequency of contracts to be awarded: 10 subsequent contracts / 4 years. - value of the smallest subsequent contract, estimated: 550,000.00 lei excluding vat, quantity 5,000.00 sqm. - value of the largest subsequent contract, estimated: 13,500,000.00 lei excluding vat, quantity 75,000.00 sqm. - minimum value framework agreement, estimated: 14,050,000.00 lei excluding vat, quantity 80,000.00 sqm. - maximum value framework agreement, estimated: 136,985,000.00 lei excluding vat, total quantity 1,010,500.00 sqm, 55 units (of which: 50 commonly encountered units + 5 rarely encountered units). the minimum and maximum quantities that formed the basis for estimating the estimated value for the award procedure of the framework agreement concerning: design services for the elaboration of technical - economic documentation are attached to the specifications that are part of this award documentation. the awarding of subsequent contracts upon the conclusion of the framework agreement will be done without resuming the competition. the contracting authority reserves the right to conclude more or fewer subsequent contracts each year. the contracting authority reserves the right to supplement the framework agreement, the supplementation being able to be done both in value and in quantity. as stated in the provisions of art. 20 letter f) of hg no. 395/2016 for the approval of the methodological norms for the application of the provisions regarding the awarding of the public procurement contract/framework agreement from law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, the minimum and maximum quantities that the contracting authority initially establishes in the award documentation, and subsequently in the framework agreement, represent estimates of quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement, and not the exact quantities that will be purchased, the latter being able to be smaller, equal, or larger compared to the estimated ones, depending on the actual needs of the contracting authority. estimated value excluding vat: 1242500.00 ron.Design services for the development of technical and economic documentation
