Contract awarded for Delivery of network switches lot-0001, title: delivery of network switches, description: 1) the subject of the order is the delivery of network switches – 15 pieces, specified in appendix no. 2 to the swz, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". the subject of the order must be brand new, unused, from current production (i.e., not older than from 2025), and have appropriate certificates allowing for sale and use in the territory of the republic of poland. the contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service for the equipment. 2) the scope of the order also includes delivering the equipment to the ordering party's premises along with unloading and bringing it to the location indicated by the ordering party. 3) the software that is part of the subject of the order must not violate legal regulations, legally protected personal or property rights of third parties, nor rights to intangible assets, in particular copyright, related rights, rights from the registration of industrial designs, and protective rights to trademarks. 4) the deadline for the execution of the order – up to 35 days from the date of receipt of the order. the ordering party will provide the contractor with the order within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of signing the contract. 5) the required minimum warranty period for the equipment: 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. 6) delivery address: scientific information center and academic library, ul. bankowa 11 a, 40-007 katowice 7) a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in appendix no. 2 to the swz. 8) the ordering party does not anticipate granting orders for additional deliveries within the meaning of article 214(1)(8) of the public procurement law. 9) no market consultations were conducted before the initiation of the proceedings. estimated value excluding vat: 228780.00 pln.Delivery of network switches
