delivery, installation, and commissioning of 1 unit of ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography system (uhplc) with a high-resolution mass spectrometer (q-tof or orbitrap) for dcm. - training of four employees/operators of the customs agency within 5 (five) working days, for familiarization and operation with the equipment, as well as additional specialized training for working with the device management software and specialized software for processing chromatograms, spectra, and interpreting results. the training should be conducted on-site after the device is put into operation, and a protocol should be prepared for the training conducted, and a training certificate should be issued. -
