Contract awarded for Delivery of the developed it system along with its implementation and the delivery of server infrastructure, carried out as part of the project 'support for the process of fair transformation through the promotion of higher education.' lot-0001, title: delivery of the developed it system along with its implementation and the delivery of server infrastructure, carried out as part of the project "support for the just transition process through the promotion of higher education", description: 1. the subject of the order is the delivery of the developed it system along with its implementation and the delivery of server infrastructure, carried out as part of the project "support for the just transition process through the promotion of higher education". 1) the it system will be a key it tool supporting the promotion of higher education and cooperation between stakeholders such as higher education institutions, public institutions, and enterprises. it is to consist of two interconnected modules: a) module a – an internet platform with an ai chatbot, publicly available, aimed at individuals considering starting higher education, whose goal is to support candidates in making decisions regarding studying in the region covered by the project and choosing fields of study available in the offerings of higher education institutions participating in the project. module a includes the internet platform along with the chatbot. b) module b – extranet for employees of higher education institutions, mainly aimed at employees of higher education institutions from the region covered by the project, whose goal is to support cooperation between universities, enterprises, and public institutions. the module enables resource sharing, communication, and collaboration between entities, expressing expectations, collecting opinions and suggestions regarding the development directions of universities and new specializations, as well as supporting the search for researchers and resource exchange. 2) the project implementation is divided into v stages: a) stage i - pre-implementation analysis and solution concept. work will begin no later than 5 working days from the date of signing the contract. as part of stage i, the contractor will develop a detailed schedule containing exact deadlines for project implementation, which is subject to approval by the ordering party and constitutes the basis for further execution of the order; b) stage ii - programming work. work will begin after the completion and acceptance of stage i and the approval of the detailed schedule. the contractor is obliged to carry out programming work in parallel for module a and module b by separate, dedicated teams. sequential execution of work on these modules is not allowed; c) stage iii - test implementation of the system. work will begin after the completion and acceptance of stage ii; d) stage iv - training and preparation for launch. work will begin after the completion and acceptance of stage iii; e) stage v - production launch of the system and stabilization. work will begin after the completion and acceptance of stage iv. this stage ends with the signing of the final acceptance protocol no later than december 14, 2026. 2. the detailed description of the order is included in: 1) the description of the subject of the order, which is annex no. 1 to the swz, 2) the draft provisions of the agreement, which are annex no. 9 to the swz. estimated value excluding vat: 2243239.57 pln.Delivery of the developed it system along with its implementation and the delivery of server infrastructure, carried out as part of the project 'support for the process of fair transformation through the promotion of higher education.'
