Contract awarded for Continuation and expansion of the trellix security platform of bahn-bkk (managed detection and response, mdr for secops 'helix') including technical integration and onboarding services. lot-0000, title: continuation and expansion of the trellix security platform of bahn-bkk (managed detection and response, mdr for secops 'helix') including technical integration and onboarding services, description: bahn-bkk continues its productive endpoint security platform from the manufacturer trellix (trellix endpoint security with epo) for 1,300 endpoints and expands it with a continuous service for the detection, assessment, and handling of security incidents with reliable monitoring and escalation even outside of regular operating hours (security systems according to kritis regulation and § 31 para. 2 bsig); contract duration four years (30.09.2026 to 29.09.2030), total project at a fixed price. the components edr with forensics (hx endpoint security), ivx sandbox, and siem/log management (esm/elm/erc) have so far only been operated within the framework of a proof of concept designed, implemented, and technically supported by eyet gmbh with time-limited proof-of-concept licenses; they will be regularly licensed for the first time with this order (permanent licenses or subscriptions with terms according to the order). the order includes three service parts: (1) license, subscription, and support services from the manufacturer trellix, obtained through the authorized trellix platinum partner eyet gmbh: endpoint security platform trellix endpoint enterprise cloud for 1,300 endpoints including edr with forensics (hx endpoint security) and appliance licenses; siem/log management (trellix esm/elm/erc, permanent license with support); sandbox/threat intelligence (trellix ivx vm300 including central management and dynamic threat intelligence); trellix api; helix core as secops platform (years 2 to 4). the agreed cloud services of the manufacturer (endpoint enterprise cloud, edr cloud tenant, hx cloud forensics, helix) will be operated in the manufacturer's german data center; the manufacturer's cloud infrastructure and data storage are included in the scope of services.
