Contract awarded for Construction and modernization of it platforms for the regional spatial information system of the lódz voivodeship along with e-services lot-0002, title: construction, modernization of it platforms of the regional spatial information system of the lódz voivodeship along with e-services, description: the subject of the order consists of the following stages: 1) management stage 1 - organization of the order. design of the rsip wl system consisting of: a. technical stage 1 - organization of the order. preparation of management documentation and templates for analytical and technical documentation, b. technical stage 2 - design of the rsip wl system. conducting a solution analysis along with the development of analytical and technical documentation. 2) management stage 2 – construction of the solution, acquisition of data for e-services and implementation of the rsip wl system, conducting internal and acceptance tests, consisting of: a. technical stage 3 - acquisition of data for e-services, b. technical stage 4 - construction of the solution. preparation of testing and implementation documentation. c. technical stage 5 - implementation of the rsip wl system. conducting internal, acceptance, and approval tests. conducting workplace training and preparing informational materials. 3) management stage 3 - stabilization of the rsip wl system. production launch and acceptance of the rsip wl system, consisting of: a. technical stage 6 - stabilization of the rsip wl system b. technical stage 7 - delivery of post-execution documentation. production launch and acceptance of the rsip wl system. the contractor is obliged to provide technical assistance and support services related to the rsip wl system by providing specialized consulting services. the contracting authority requires that the offered service, including all products, services, and processes used to execute the order, both as main elements and components, environmental elements, services, supplies/services, or accompanying solutions, does not include: 1) ict product, ict service, or ict process indicated in the recommendation referred to in article 33(4) of the act of july 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (journal of laws of 2026, item 20, as amended), stating their negative impact on the core interest of state security; 2) ict product, the type of which has been specified in the decision regarding the recognition of the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in article 67b(15) of the act of july 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (journal of laws of 2026, item 20, as amended), nor ict services or ict processes specified in that decision. estimated value excluding vat: 9212700.00 pln.Construction and modernization of it platforms for the regional spatial information system of the lódz voivodeship along with e-services
