lot-0003, title: part 3 console material for sdok, description: the subject of the public procurement is the contractual provision of supplies of sdok console material with selected bidders for planned investment projects, planned repairs, and ensuring the removal of emergency conditions in the supply of low-voltage and sdok console material, for the safe and reliable operation of the distribution system equipment for the period 06/2023 - 05/2029. given the scope of the contract, which is a high-value contract, the procedure will be conducted according to act no. 134/2016 coll., on public procurement, as amended. the contract is divided into parts in accordance with § 35 of the public procurement act: part 1 - console material for open low-voltage lines part 2 - console material for insulated low-voltage lines part 3 - console material for sdok the result of the public procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of goods for 72 months with the three selected suppliers with the lowest price offer for a model case in each part of the procurement. subsequently, the procedure will be conducted according to § 132 paragraph 3) of the law, letter a) (i.e., public procurement based on a framework agreement with a renewed competition among the participants of the framework agreement).
