Contract awarded for Conclusion of a non-exclusive discount agreement according to § 130a para. 8 sgb v for the active ingredient interferon beta-1a (exclusively for subcutaneous use), atc l03ab07 for the period 01.11.2024 - 31.10.2026 lot-0001, title: conclusion of a non-exclusive discount agreement according to § 130a para. 8 sgb v for the active ingredient interferon beta-1a (exclusively for subcutaneous use), atc l03ab07 for the period 01.11.2024 - 31.10.2026, description: dak-gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to a lack of selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access possibility for all pharmaceutical companies. it automatically ends with the entry into force of the exclusive contract for interferon beta-1a (exclusively for subcutaneous use), atc l03ab07, as a result of a formal procurement procedure according to the regulations of part 4 of the gwb with one or more contractual partners. to accommodate the diversity of potential contractual partners within the framework of the approval model, every pharmaceutical company is allowed to conclude a framework agreement at any time and under the same conditions during the contract period. the necessary contractual documents are available for download via the online portal www.dtvp.de/center at the link mentioned in 5.1.11. prerequisites for the conclusion or later accession to the contracts coming into force for the first time on 01.11.2024 are the complete and timely submission of the following documents (available for download at the link mentioned in 5.1.11) to the department at dak-gesundheit listed below: 1. offer letter 2. acknowledgment of the contractual requirements of dak-gesundheit, especially the specified discounts by submitting the contract signed with the name or company stamp by the interested party at the designated place. 3. the completed annexes 1 and 2 to the contract. the interested party must enter the medicines for the above-mentioned active ingredient that are to be the subject of the contract. the documents must be submitted by email to: openhouse@dak.de dak-gesundheit department of medicines (0038 00) nagelsweg 27-31 20097 hamburg annex 2 must be explicitly sent as an excel file to the email address openhouse@dak.de. contracts within the framework of this model and for the above-mentioned active ingredient will be concluded for the first time with effect from 01.11.2024 and will end on 31.10.2026. interested parties who wish to become contractual partners by this date must submit the above-mentioned documents by the 5th of the previous month by email. the offer must be submitted in text form as an electronic offer by email to openhouse@dak.de. submission of the offer by post is not provided for in this procedure. please do not submit the offer via the german procurement portal. for the deadline to be met, an electronic receipt of the complete documents by email at the email address openhouse@dak.de is sufficient. later accessions are possible at any time. to be able to join during the contract period on the 1st or 15th of the following month, the above-mentioned documents must be submitted to dak-gesundheit by the 5th of the previous month, regardless of the desired accession. timely access via email to dak-g is also crucial here. example: if the bidder wishes to join on 15.07. (following month), the documents must be submitted by 05.06.
