lot-0001, title: conclusion of an enterprise agreement contract with an authorized trading partner for the continuation / renewal of microsoft licensing, description: the ksv sachsen announces the conclusion of an enterprise agreement contract with an authorized trading partner for the uninterrupted continuation / renewal of microsoft licensing. ksv sachsen has licensed its it infrastructure with products from the manufacturer microsoft (ms) and is in possession of a valid microsoft enterprise agreement contract concluded through membership in the bmi framework agreement. the existing ea contract ends on april 30, 2027. therefore, a follow-up contract is required from may 1, 2027, which ensures a seamless transition of software assurance (sa) for the existing licenses as well as the procurement of new licenses including software assurance. the contract duration for the ea contract is initially 36 months starting from may 1, 2027. after the 36 months, the ea contract can be extended once for an additional year. the service will be tendered as a delivery order based on the terms contracts between the bmi and microsoft. this is a unified tender, the components of which will be awarded in a total contract. there will be no division into lots.
