Contract awarded for Completion of school space, construction of a school gym with the arrangement of outdoor space - primary school duro deželic lot-0000, title: extension of school space, construction of a school gym with landscaping - oš duro deželic, description: the subject of procurement is the reconstruction and extension of the primary school duro deželic, located at park hrvatskih branitelja 4, ivanic grad, land registry number 1885/1, cadastral municipality of ivanic grad, all according to the cost estimate and project-technical documentation attached to this procurement documentation and forming an integral part of it. the project is in accordance with the principle of 'do no significant harm' (dnsh), meaning it does not cause significant damage to environmental objectives in accordance with regulation (eu) 2021/241 of the european parliament and of the council of february 12, 2021, establishing the recovery and resilience facility and in terms of article 17 of regulation (eu) 2020/852 of the european parliament and of the council establishing a framework to facilitate sustainable investments and amending regulation (eu) 2019/2088 (sl l 198, 22.6.2020., p. 13.), whose application is further elaborated in the commission notice - technical guidelines on the application of the principle of do no significant harm (2021/c 58/01). the dnsh principle must be implemented during the execution of works and delivery of goods, and a clause on compliance with the dnsh principle will be included in the contract. the selected contractor will be required to sign a declaration of compliance with the dnsh principle upon completion of the contract. estimated value excluding vat: 5017613.75 eur.Completion of school space, construction of a school gym with the arrangement of outdoor space - primary school duro deželic
