lot-0001, title: "communication services for informing, engaging, and involving stakeholders in the project 'green ring sofia', in accordance with the approved communication strategy of the project", description: the planned activities include: 1. communication planning. preparation of a detailed communication and stakeholder engagement schedule for a period of 18 calendar months, starting from the date of signing the contract with the contractor. 2. organization of a pr event. preparation of a concept and organization of one event to present the progress of the project so far and the action plan for the green ring, held within a timeframe agreed with the client. 3. preparation of a concept and organization of two quarterly events for the sections of the green ring sofia. development of a comprehensive concept for events to inform and engage citizens and stakeholders in the sections of the green ring sofia. overall organization of the event, inclusion and coordination of participants, partners, and subcontractors. production of materials and organization of temporary interventions to enhance the space. supporting the process of attracting additional sponsorships and partnerships for the event. fees for participants, rental of technical support, and overall organization of the events. preliminary communication of the events with posters and flyers, news to the media, and campaigns on social networks. 4. pr services. regular creation and distribution of news for the media, a newsletter to stakeholders, and the project website for a period of 18 months, starting from the date of signing the contract with the contractor. 5. digital communication. creation and management of project pages/profiles on facebook and instagram. creation of at least 4 posts per month in months without events and at least 15 posts to promote each event for a period of 18 months, starting from the date of signing the contract with the contractor.
