Contract awarded for The service of collection, transport, and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical processing of waste (hereinafter referred to as waste with code 19 12 12 - municipal ballast) { "detected_language": "polish", "translated_text": "lot-0001, title: service of collection, transport, and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical processing of waste (hereinafter referred to as waste with code 19 12 12 - municipal ballast), description: 1) successive collection, transport, and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - municipal ballast: waste parameters: a) fraction above 80 mm, b) fuel mass 2000 mg. 2) the estimated amount of waste with code 19 12 12 - municipal ballast, which will be transferred to the contractor during the term of the agreement, will not exceed 2000 mg, but will not be less than 1200 mg. 3) the actual amount of waste transferred for management will depend on the ordering party's demand. 4) the contractor cannot claim any compensation for the reduction in the amount of waste collected. 5) the method of managing waste with code 19 12 12 - municipal ballast must comply with the applicable legal regulations in this regard, in particular with the provisions of the act of december 14, 2012 on waste (journal of laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended; hereinafter: the waste act) and the executive regulations issued on its basis. 6) waste will be prepared by the ordering party for collection in bulk or baled (bound with wire) depending on the ordering party's needs and after agreement with the contractor. 7) waste will be managed at the contractor's facility, for which the contractor has the appropriate decision allowing for the operation of waste processing with code 19 12 12 - municipal ballast (this decision is an annex to the agreement) or at the facility of an entity with which the contractor has signed a contract for the management of waste with such code and which has the appropriate decision for the facility (this decision is an annex to the agreement). 8) the loading of waste with code 19 12 12 - municipal ballast and its cost will be borne by the ordering party. the costs of transport and management of waste will be borne by the contractor. 9) the contractor, no later than the day before the waste collection, will send an electronic notification to the email address specified in the contract containing: the time of arrival of the vehicle, registration numbers of the tractor and trailer, the name and surname of the driver along with the bdo number of the transporter. in the absence of notification by the specified deadline, the release of waste will not be carried out, and the ordering party will be entitled to impose contractual penalties in accordance with the provisions of the agreement. 10) the collection of waste with code 19 12 12 - municipal ballast will take place from the premises of master odpady i energia sp. z o.o. at ul. lokalna 11 in tychy (43-100) from monday to friday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. 11) the collection of waste with code 19 12 12 - municipal ballast will occur in the quantity specified in the waste collection order, sent by email to the contractor's representative. the schedule for waste collection will be sent by email to the contractor's representative. the contractor is obliged to collect the waste within the deadlines specified each time by the ordering party, within 2 working days from the transfer of this order to the contractor. 12) the document in the form of a weighing proof generated at the ordering party will constitute the sole basis for determining the mass of the collected waste between the parties. the settlement between the parties will be based on the weighing proofs generated at the ordering party. 13) the unit price offered by the contractor for 1 mg will be the basis for determining the payment for the actual amount of waste collected in accordance with the contractor agreement. the unit price includes all costs, including, among others, transport and waste management costs. 14) the contractor is obliged to timely collect and transport waste to the designated management location within the timeframe specified in the agreement. 15) weighing of waste will take place on the scales of the ordering party, located on the premises of the ordering party's facility and will be confirmed by the generated confirmation in the bdo register of the issuance of waste transfer cards (kpo). each transport of waste collected by the contractor will be recorded in the weighing system and the bdo register. the ordering party will each time prepare a kpo via an individual account in bdo, in accordance with article 67 of the waste act and will send confirmation of the generation of the card to the entity indicated by the contractor transporting the waste. the contractor or the operator of the final facility, with whom the contractor has signed a contract, is obliged to confirm the waste transfer card (kpo) immediately after delivering the waste along with the weighing document (dw). 16) confirmations of the issuance of kpo will be issued in the bdo register, in accordance with applicable legal regulations. 17) each collection of waste, in accordance with the principles of waste record keeping in bdo specified in the relevant regulations, must be immediately confirmed in bdo by the contractor and the entity transporting the waste. 18) the contractor, after the end of each month, will confirm the quantities of waste collected for management on the summary of waste transfer issued by the ordering party with waste code 19 12 12 (municipal ballast). 19) the documents constituting the basis for issuing vat invoices will be summaries of collected waste in the form of summaries of waste transfer cards with code 19 12 12 (municipal ballast), approved by the parties. 20) estimated value excluding vat: 1736640.00 pln.The service of collection, transport, and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical processing of waste (hereinafter referred to as waste with code 19 12 12 - municipal ballast)
