Contract awarded for central purchase of passenger vehicles with electric drive - category 3 ev ii supply of passenger cars for electric vehicles, always including: • 2 keys or drivers from the car; the second set of tires including discs (summer or winter according to the delivery date), and if it is always relevant on the basis of a valid and effective legislation, including: • paper and/or electronic form of the manual, ie operating and maintenance instructions in the czech language; • paper and/or electronic form of service book (hereinafter referred to as the “service book”) to the passenger car; • the original of the certificate of registration of a car (only if the procedure under paragraph 8 of the third sentence and the fourth sentence is not applied); • coc sheets (if the procedure according to paragraph 8 of the third sentence and the fourth sentence is applied); • the original protocol on a technical inspection of a passenger car, respectively. • the original certificate of the technical competence of a passenger car; • a detailed schedule of the requirements for the operation and maintenance of a passenger car (unless not only stated in the service book); • other possible accompanying documents for a passenger car in czech. provision of service services for delivered cars if the customer is required under the relevant partial purchase contract. the estimated number of vehicles taken for the duration of the framework agreement is 50. the authorized contracting authorities are entitled to remove passenger vehicles within the meaning of section 100 (1) of the public procurement act until the limit of the required number of passenger cars listed in annex 1 to the framework agreement increased by 20 %. the total maximum number of vehicles collected on the basis of a public contract is 60. the implementation of the subject of performance defined in the article and framework agreement will take place for the entire duration of the framework agreement, based on individual purchase contracts concluded in accordance with the provisions of § 134 of the public procurement act. the entities for which the public contract is awarded are contracting authorities for whom the number of required vehicles required in paragraph 3.5 of the tender documentation shall be specified in the number of the required vehicles and the authorizing contracting authorities who are identified in annex 7 of the tender documentation, ie the contracting authorities who define the potential requirement under the public contract in accordance with article iii. paragraph 5 to 8 concluded framework agreements. value of the result: winner selection date : 26/06/2025 date of conclusion of the contract :14/08/2025 estimated value excluding vat :.central purchase of passenger vehicles with electric drive - category 3 ev ii
