Contract awarded for Assistance in project management for the software package scope of the major projects company lot-0001, title: assistance in project management on the software program perimeter of the société des grands projets, description: the contractor will provide project management assistance on part of the application perimeter of the software program pole, particularly covering the ged gdc project and primavera, with the possibility of later integrating other applications related to this same pole according to the needs of the sgp. its missions will be as follows: 1. ensure n2 functional support: ticket qualification, user assistance, incident resolution, publisher escalation; 2. perform functional administration: rights management, settings, maintenance of reference data, correction and quality improvement of data; 3. conduct functional testing (simple/intermediate/complex): test plan, execution, reporting of detected anomalies; 4. provide support for production and deployment: release notes, guides, functionality tests; 5. provide support for operational condition maintenance (mco): detection and qualification of anomalies/evolutions, active participation in mco follow-up meetings with the publisher; 6. ensure evolutionary monitoring: analysis of publisher versions, recommendations and update of version upgrade planning; 7. contribute to occasional methodological support for business referents, through targeted demonstration sessions; 8. prepare and execute reversibility: knowledge transfer, complete documentation, supervision of recovery and support for the acquirer; 9. provide regular reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) via powerbi: backlog, sla, support/admin performance; 10. participate in structured committee meetings: operational, contractual, strategic committees, other targeted instances (speed ticketing, coged); 11. adhere to strict slas (assignment, processing, reopenings, presence in instances). estimated value excluding vat: none .Assistance in project management for the software package scope of the major projects company
