Contract awarded for Area and object protection, personal and property protection lot-0001, title: area and object protection, personal and property protection, description: in the city park and in the area related to the liget budapest project, in areas and objects managed by városliget zrt. and/or used under other legal titles, the tasks of area and object protection, as well as personal and property protection (guarding and security supervisory patrol tasks) must be performed, particularly including the following tasks: 1. general security and preventive supervision of the city park, as well as reception and visitor management services, including 24/7 guarding tasks, with particular attention to ensuring the peace and physical safety of visitors. 2. ensuring the uninterrupted execution of deep and high construction, landscape gardening, and horticultural activities during the further implementation of the liget budapest project, as well as the delivery and removal of construction materials, and ensuring the free movement of construction personnel. 3. protection of public property in the area of the city park, especially preventing, detecting, and stopping violent acts against renovated and newly built buildings and garden areas, in close cooperation with the relevant authorities. 4. protection of buildings and other assets managed or operated by the client, as well as operating a security dispatcher service as specified by the client. 5. operating a camera system for the activities defined in points 1-4. 6. ensuring access to closed areas during events, physically operating access gates, and performing event security tasks. 7. in the event of extraordinary incidents, taking immediate lawful and necessary measures (extraordinary intervention) by deploying additional personnel to the site based on the client's instructions. 8. providing armed security in designated areas and times. 9. performing other guarding and protection tasks under the conditions specified in the technical description. estimated value excluding vat: 111624640.00 huf.Area and object protection, personal and property protection
