lot-0001, title: "adjustments in related facilities in est levice, velký dur, horná ždana and rimavská sobota" – engineering and project activities_v2, description: the subject of the contract is the execution of the work, i.e., project and engineering activities for ipr "adjustments in related facilities in est levice, velký dur, horná ždana and rimavská sobota" in the scope of: - ensure input documentation - point 3.3.1.1 of the unika 2026 price list for proposing bid prices for project work and engineering activities, - develop the project structure – list the ps and so of the construction, - ensure the performance of geodetic and cartographic services, - ensure project preparation for construction proceedings according to point 3.3.1.3 of the price list. - prepare documentation for the construction intention in detail by an authorized designer including related activities necessary for issuing a decision on the construction intention, approved by the client, - ensure the issuance of a decision on the construction intention and ensure the acquisition of the legal validity of the issued decision on the construction intention, - prepare project documentation for the selection of the contractor states: project of the construction -1 - prepare a proposal for the schedule of the implementation of the work (hereinafter referred to as "hmg") considering the annual shutdown plan, - prepare project of the construction -2 based on project of the construction -1 and according to the offer of the successful bidder with whom seps will conclude a zod for the implementation of the construction, - ensure verification of project of the construction - 2 by the relevant building authority (verification certificate), - prepare documentation of the actual construction completion, - ensure the performance of professional author supervision of the designer, participation in the commissioning of the work or its part into operation, as well as participation in the trial operation of the work or its part, - prepare a safety and health protection plan at work and make adjustments during the preparation and implementation of the construction, in accordance with nv sr no. 396/2006 coll. on minimum safety and health requirements at the construction site as amended and ensure the performance of the coordinator of project documentation in accordance with § 5 of the mentioned nv, - ensure the occupancy inspection of the construction, issuance of the occupancy certificate and ensure the registration of the construction in the real estate cadastre. more information about the subject of the contract is provided in the contract for work (hereinafter referred to as "zod"), which is published at the web address: https://sepsas.eranet.sk/#/tenderpublicdetails/1054 attachments no. 2 and 7 to the contract will be
