(hereinafter: government decree 321/2015 (x.30.) § 46 (3)), that where the technical description or other materials of the procedure refer to a specific brand or origin, or a specific procedure that characterizes the products of a particular economic operator or the services provided by them, or refer to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type, or specific origin or manufacturing process, such references are made solely for the purpose of providing a sufficiently precise and understandable description of the subject matter of the contract according to § 46 (2) of government decree 321/2015 (x.30.). in the case of such designations, the contracting authority will also accept equivalent products, services, trademarks, patents, activities, persons, types, specific origins, or manufacturing processes, provided that they meet the conditions set out in the technical description. estimated value excluding vat: 355800000.00 huf.9x19 mm service and training pistol ammunition
